As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means your order has been registered in our system and is being processed.

A tracking code will be sent to your email address within 24 hours after your package has left our warehouse.

Delivery Details

How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time is:

• Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat)

• Shipping time: 6–8 business days (Mon–Sat)

Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT +01:00 will be processed the same day.

Delayed Orders

What can I do if my order is delayed?
If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please allow an additional 2 days. Check your tracking information, and if the package still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.

What should I do if my package is damaged or contains the wrong items?
Please take photos of the issue and provide a short description of the problem. Contact us with your order number, and we will resolve the matter promptly.
